Can everyone do this?

Yes of course they can!

Our activities are open to everyone and, working together as a team, you and your colleagues can be sure of having fun - whatever your shapes, sizes or levels of fitness.

The content of the activity experiences is entirely geared to the abilities and aspirations of your team.

If it is just your sense of "I can't do this" that's stopping you, it definitely sounds like you need a break from the office! Our stimulating team-building or corporate events will give you a renewed sense of achievement and a healthier view of your own potential. This will give you greater self-esteem and help you embrace challenges back in the workplace too.

Our only stipulation is that you can pull on a warm toasty wetsuit if your team is taking part in a water-based activity (coasteering, surfing or sea kayaking). So, you don't need to be a super-woman or man!

If a member of your group is physically impaired and would be unable to put on a wet suit we can provide an alternative corporate team building activity for your group. Please contact us and we can advise you on an individual basis. We have a large range of sizes so happily accommodate all size and shapes.

Will my team be safe?

At Preseli Venture we deliver our activities according to the industry best practise and all our activities are inspected and approved by the relevant sports governing bodies as well as the assessors from the England and Wales watchdog organisation the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority (the AALA).
